Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
Affidavit with No Motion
I am a pro se defendant. I have submitted an affidavit to the court, and now the judge's assistant is telling me that she cannot give the document to the judge without a motion. What does this mean, and how do I get the judge to read the document?
