Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
Automobile
I bought a 1992 Ford Taurus for $500. After only 3 days of using it and 200 miles driven the transmission went out. Do I have any legal remedy. I bought it from a private party.

Re: Automobile
You have no recourse unless the seller gave you a warranty period, e.g., will run OK for 30 days, or something like that. Onused cars, it is "Buyer Beware"!
