Legal Question in Business Law in Washington

Bad business

i, along with several hundred other people may have been a victim of bad business. Paypay has frozen our accounts for no apparent reason our funds are locked with our customers money and we cannot make purchases to complete the transaction, does anyone know what can be done? our business along with our name is in jeopardy
