name in a book and email name
I have been using a name of a character in my book for years for an email address but I havent published my book yet. now I find out the some businesses are using this name to sell their products what can I do about it.

I see no one has answered your question yet, so I will at least get you some sort of reply.
I don't do copyright law, so I can't say for sure what your rights are in this case, but I am not optimistic.
You might try reposting this question to the intellectual property lawyers, or else check with an attorney who handles copyright questions.
