We provide manufactured eyeglasses at wholesale prices to opticians.... Need a contract that commits to us a percentage of the optcians business for a one to three year period

Well, there are lots of places on the web to buy "off the rack" contracts, if that's what you want. However, business to business contracts are like eyeglasses. Sometimes you can make do with a generic product, but for best results, you should have a professional look at your needs first and then prepare something that addresses your particular situation.
