Corporate Right to Inspect Records
A foreign corporation (Nevada) is foreign filed in Washington State. Does a 50% shareholder have the right to inspect the books and records per (ARCW) � 23B.16.020 of this foreign corporation? The principal place of business is Washington.

Yes. As the law requires, you have to give five business days notice. Even if the corporation argues that Nevada law controls, it doesn't matter. There is a similar provision in Nevada for shareholders who hold 15% or more of the corporation.
