corporation in judgement goes out of business
won judgement in oregon against a washington state corporation. washington corporation went out of busines,can i proceed against president of corporation who owned the busines? the president of corp. owns property in washington and nevada.

Absent a large lack of formality in how the corporation did business and managed its corporate affairs, you would not normally be able to satisfy your judgment against its president's assets, but you may be able to pursue the corporation's assets, if certain conditions are met.
