There are a few things you need to know ... first, a

non-profit foundation is a corporation ... so you must

establish the corporation, although in Washington

you will find that to qualify as a non-profit there are

a few other small requirements.

Second, and very importantly, to qualify as non-profit

you must meet the IRS 503(c) guidelines.
