Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
i had a credit on my at&t account that seemed wrong to me ($800). i called twice about it and their customer service told me both times that it was correct and on my bill i had a credit worth $800. Two months down the road they said it was a mistake on their end and i owe them 2 months worth of service or they will shut my phone off. I planned my budget around that credit because they said they were returning 1/2 of my deposit since i paid $1600, and that is what the credit was for both times i called. I cant pay $500. right away what can i do since they wont take a payment plan?

As a Franchise Attorney I would consider switching to another provider. AT&T while big, isn't the only game in town. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
