Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
Default judgment
My company recently applied for credit and was declined because of a default judgment that came up on D&B's records from a company with the same name. The public record in Washington state does not differentiate an ''LLC'' from an ''Inc. Therefore it comes up on our report.
How can I correct this?

Re: Default judgment
Simpe. Ask D&B what proof they want to get this deleted.

Re: Default judgment
Call Dunn & Bradstreet and find out what is required to have this record corrected. Chances are a copy of your articles of formation should take care of it.
