Embezzlement

My friend's husband has been slowly stealing money out of the bus. account and transferring it to his personal account, but marked it to reflect it was re-payment to her. But it's not. It's for his own personal use and it's well over $18,000.00

Your friend should probably see a family law attorney and seek advice on how to protect herself. Unfortunately, there seems to be more and more of this thing going on . . . it's a form of abuse . . . by trying to create a situation where the spouse feels trapped and potentially liable.
