fraud or not?
i would like to offer an online certification service. applicants would need to complete a test and pay a fee in order to become certified. i would offer the certificate as a novelty and also for those that wish to persue the said field as a career. i intend to make no claims as to acredidation of my ''institute'' and would also not claim to be a state recognized school of any sort. additionly, i will have a disclaimer that makes clear my above mentioned lack of credentials. could by buisness be construed as fraud?
