Legal Question in Business Law in Washington

Good morning,

i sold a Phone over Craigslist, did not know that the buyer wouldnt be able to activate the phone until i paid my final invoice with sprint. Now i am waiting to get the invoice so i can pay. The buyer is texting me non-stop, telling me that he will call the police on me etc.

what can i do?

As a Franchise Attorney I can advise the following. Either pay your final invoice to Sprint, or refund the money to the buyer (conditioned on their returning the phone). Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
