Legal Question in Business Law in Washington

What kind of legal action can I take ?

I took my dog to a licensed groomer on 9/30 and they lost her , also I don`t even know what area of law this falls under so I would appreciate if you could tell me that as well .

How awful! I have an appointment to take my dog to be groomed tomorrow and now you've made me nervous!

You certainly have a claim here, but exactly what that claim would be would depend on HOW the groomer says she lost the dog.

Believe it or not, there is an area of law called "animal law", and I would recommend that you talk to one of those attorneys. I don't know if lawguru has a listing for them, but I know there is at least one in South King County, Elizabeth Lorraine Elliot, and I know there are others in the area. Good luck!
