Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
Some members of our non-profit PBC are suing the board of directors over a vote which they believe dissolved the PBC and transferred our property to another non-profit. If it gets expensive to defend against this, is there any way for the board to recover attorneys fees, or damages due to interruptions in operations?

Depends on a lot of circumstances. In the situation you describe which is not very rich in details, probably not. Other circumstances and details that need to be explored may open up a way to recover fees and costs.
