In a non profit organization can you have a president and treasurer in same house hold

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this is really a bylaws question. The bylaws of the entity need to be consulted to see if there is such a prohibition. Generally speaking, there is no such prohibition, absent something in the bylaws. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
