Is it legal to have co-chairpersons on a non-profit organization in Washington State?

No one else seems to be answering your question, so I will take a stab at it. I assume the nonprofit organization is a nonprofit corporation.
I have not done work with nonprofits but I checked the statutes and also did a search in the case law. The law mentions (RCW 24.03.125) that there should be one president, though there may be more than one vice president. The statute (RCW 24.03.095 and 24.03.100) mentions the board of directors but does not seem to mention whether or not there can be more than one chairperson on the board of directors.
It would also be important to know what the organization's formation documents (articles of incorporation and bylaws) say.
