ownership agreement contracts
I own a percentage of a company and am also the CEO. I need a contract stating this. Can you help me find a template, etc.

Re: ownership agreement contracts
Putting the title of the email together with the content, I am assuming that the company is a corporation, not an LLC, based on your mention that you are the CEO. I would need to know more details, because what you might be looking for is a shareholders agreement, or possibly an employment contract (even though you are a shareholder, as the CEO, you are an employee of the corporation.)
Anyway, the details matter. I would recommend against using a "canned" contract, because it's bound to have features inappropriate to your situation. However, if you're going to do that, you first need to be able to have a very clear idea in your mind of exactly what you want to accomplish. There is a lot more at stake in these agreements than just determining your title. My suggestion is that you re-post with more details.
