Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
I paid over $5000 for a spiritual healer to help my wife who always hear the hearing voice. This lady said that she guaranteed 6 to 8 months my wife will get back to normal. It is about 3 months now. Now I called her and left massages for her but she didn't call me back . I got a feeling that she wants to run away with my money and my wife is still in the same condition. She wrote me a warranty if my wife doesn't get back to normal, she will refund the money. At this point, she doesn't answer my call at all. Please help me. What should I do?

Wait until the Warranty period has expired and if its terms are not satisfied by then, contact an attorney if you just want to seek return of the money. The spiritual healer may be practicing medicine without a license, but that may be impossible to tell without seeing the Warranty. You could contact the county prosecutor's office for assistance in determining if there are laws that already been broken by what has happened.
As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answer. The terms and conditions of the warranty need to be examined, as well as all surrounding facts and circumstances. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
