Legal Question in Business Law in Washington

I have paid for my videographer to film my wedding in october 2010. The contract said it would take up to 12 weeks to have the film ready, which would of been mid january to february. It is currently April and they have said that it will not be done for another month. Can i get fully reimbursted of my money and still get my video? as well as money for my invitations they did not do because they did not have them done on time? They dont want to to give me my money back but add on additional videos, which i believe is not a great trade for 1000 dollars. I just want to know if i can get all my money back with my videos?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. It's not possible to say what rights you may or may not have under your contract without first looking at the entire contract. For this reason, you are well advised to consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area to review the contract and then for specific advice.
