pitching a product to a company
Im going to be pitching a product to a large company on friday. I have a confidentiality agreement already. What other forms do I need so they cant go out and create a similar product. Please respond asap...thank you Jeff

Unfortunately I can't really comment on the adequacy of what you have without seeing it, but it does sound like you're on the right track. I would use a non-disclosure agreement tailored to product/idea/industry/etc... Even with the best agreements, you still need to be careful about who you are doing business with.
