As a Franchise Attorney I can tell you the following. It's not possible to give advice about a written contract without reading the entire contract. That said, normally one of the parties to a contact can't decide on new terms and conditions and, on their own, act as if the contract has these new and additional terms. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
