A refund not received from best buy company
If Best Buys policy is that you will receive your refund within 10 buisness days and its been 18 buisness days and still do not have refund is there anything I can do to get my refund?

Step one: call and ask for status, if a phone number is available.
Step two: Write a letter, sent certified mail, return receipt requested, with copies of the relevant documentation, asking for status.
Step three: If 60 days passes with no result, and the amount is enough to make the effort worthwhile, complain to the Washington State Attorney General's consumer protection division. There is nothing magic about the 60 day period, but sometimes these things take longer than expected, and you want to be sure its really not going to happen before you fill out all the AG forms.
