Removing and changing members of LLC agreement

How do we remove and change members of our LLC agreement? We co-own a small business and mutually agree with our partners that they want out of the business, leaving us, my wife and I, as the remaining members.

Typically you purchase the shares of the exiting members and have resolutions passed in order to do so.
