Your question does not give enough details. If there is nothing improper about the merchandise you are reselling (t-shirs/sweatshirts), and if you own or have legal rights to use and sell the logos, and are properly licensed as a business, then there should be no legal impediments to your proposed operation. I presume a lot when I presume that all of the prerequisites are satisfied and your question does not tell me any of that.
