Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
I reside in Spokane Valley, WA. and would like to tour with my band. I have a WA Business License but if I travel on tour in other states do I need additional licenses or permits? What am I missing?

Any attorney will tell you that while on tour, the promoter - sponsor is usually responsible for obtaining temporary venue licenses, if these are required. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
