Legal Question in Business Law in Washington

I have been saving to open a particular kind of salon and store, gathering items and looking and waiting for the right real estate to come along, stupidly I told a "friend" my idea, and when she tried to get involved I kindly told her no thank you. She freaked out saying she knew it was my idea (kept the text to prove it) but she really wanted to be in it, and I said I'm sorry but I have a financial back up and she has zero experience in anything (ex drug addict never worked). Long story short she has decided to open a salon exactly like the one I have been working so har towards, is there anything I can do?

It would depend. Most likely I suspect there is nothing stopping her from doing so. If you have a particularly unique something that you want to trademark (and that can be) then you'll get protections for that.
