setting business and getting business visa
I want to set up a small business.In order to secure it what all pre necessary formalities i will have to fullfill?how can i get business visa.

first of all u have not mentioned the location of your proposed business.
if it is usa rules do permit for visa issuance.
if in India similiar provisions do apply.
also it is important to make preliminaryarrangements before landing at the location for busssing setting.
