I havent signed anything... Can My company tell us we can no longer have cell phones on our person while working. they say we have to keep them in our lockers.

Yes, I think that would be legal for an employer to require unless you can show some unusual circumstance related to a disability somehow.

The other attorney is right on point. Cell phones are very disruptive in a work environment. Employers can change their policies at will in most cases, including this one. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
