What do I need to do to set up a sole proprietorship in Seattle?

A sole proprietorship is the most basic of business entities. Before establishing yourself as a sole proprietor I would recommend that you speak with an attorney and/or accountant to determine the legal and tax consequences. If you have already done so, all you need to do is acquire a master business license, and a city license.
