Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
visual arts
I have been asked to curate a corporate space and they have asked me to provide a contract to them providing info about what I am responsible for and what they are not liable for. Is there a template for this kind of contract?and if so where?

Pretty unlikely there is a "template," and even if there were, it is even more unlikely you would want to use it. The longer I practice, the more I hate "templates." Contracts written on napkins are usually better than templates because they typically leave most terms blank, whereas templates typically get various terms all wrong FOR YOU.
