Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
I work for arbys. Is it legal for managers to Make you take a half hour unpaid break when only working four hours when in the handbook is states when you work four hours your suppose to get a paid ten minute break

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. It doesn't appear the franchise owner is following the employee handbook. You can contact your local employment development or labor department and report what is going on. Or you can consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
