Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
we were working with a business partner to create a new business, we put a lot of time and money into the venture only to have our business partner back out with our money and hard work, we have extensive evidence to support our side we even obtained insurance and a lawyer to draft the LLC, what are my options for legal action?
