There are a number of lawyers who handle those kinds of cases. You might contact the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association for at least a member in your area, if not a recommendation of someone who is known for expertise in your particular area. If not, there is also the Oregon State Bar's Lawyer Referral program. The only lawyer I know of offhand who specificially is interested in handling gun rights cases is Jim Leuenberger, in Lake Oswego. He is a gun rights advocate as well.
