Defered Prosecution for DUI

I am scheduleed to sentenceing on the D.U.I as my deferred was revoked,what is the Maximium sentence for Washington.should I take a attorney or can I ask the judge for a referal to legal aid at time of sentwnceing?

I don't do criminal law anymore, but you should get an attorney as soon as possible. It's stupid to wait, especially if you're entitled to a free attorney.

Call the Department of Assigned Counsel. It's part of Pierce County Govt.
