Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

Failure to Prosecute Theft and Fraud

I owned a Mechanical Company, agreed to sell it to a group of Employees, they embezzled, diverted company funds for their own and family member's use, payments to govt. employees, used owner id to set up credit accounts, bought company vehicles in their own name, signed contracts without authorization, sabotaged equipment, stole equipment, tools and materials, submitted and paid themselves fraudulent wages, claimed to be married to the owner, claimed to be the owner of the company, falsified invoicing, wiped company accounts receivable/payable databases and proceeded to make false claims against their former employer. With clear and indisputable evidence (the IRS accepted the documentation for reportage and taxation of the stolen income), the Pierce County Prosecutors office failed to file even one charge against the theft/fraud ring. The owner was asked numerous personal questions, and asked to provide the Pierce Prosecuting Attorney's office with personal medical records (no guarantee of privacy if she did so), and consistently was requested to provide data that had more to do with personal issues of the employees then with their documented criminal activities. The employees stalked their former employer, until she moved.

Re: Failure to Prosecute Theft and Fraud

This a complaint about employees, buyers, Pierce County Prosecutor's Office and the IRS, but there is no question. Please think about what you want to know and ask your question(s). This is probably a complex matter and you may want to carefully craft your question and the factual statement (including the type of contract and payment you were to receive, what you did receive) that leads to the question(s). This will facilitate somebody being able to provide you with an answer.
