Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

forgery

I found out through my boss that a co-worker had forged my name on a welfare document and was told by my boss to never speak of this to anyone or it would mean my job. Why? What are my rights if any?

Re: forgery

It's very important that you let me know:

1. What KIND of document:

2. What is YOUR job?

3. What is this co-worker's job?

4. WHY did your boss tell you?

5. Are you saying that your co-worker is cheating and obtaining government assistance on false pretenses?

You have protections. But your next moves should be planned carefully. Please get assistance from an attorney BEFORE you make your next move.

Please write to me privately at [email protected] and give me the answers to these questions. Do not post your answers on this website, because, if you do, the answers won't be covered by attorney-client priviledge.

I can handle your case or refer you to another attorney, but please be very careful in what you do next.

Sincerely,

Merry A. Kogut
