If I'm found not guilty in court can i file a lawsuit in Civil court against the other party for DAMAGES?

It is unclear what the core issues of your case would be, but you can always file a suit against somebody. Winning may be whole different matter. There is also the penalties for filing an action without a sound basis to consider.
