furniture placed in my house
Ten years ago my sister sent to my house a dining rm set. Now that I am relocating she wants the money from the sale of this dr set. Ten years and she has what right to this? small amount. She said if not money she'll send someone to get it. Well I feel that it belongs to me now.

When she gave it to you ten years ago, was it a loan or a gift? That's what matters.
If it's a small amount, give the money to your sister. Maybe she needs it.
Family is always there for you. Don't start a fight with her.
