Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington
illegal use of force?
my 3 adult kids were at a bar with a friend. the friend got in a fight.My boys helped extricate him. when they were driving off cops came, pulled the boys from the car. my son complied but the cop pulled a tasor and shot him in the back from less than a foot away. they held the charge for almost a minute and then later pulled the tasor darts themselves with no medical staff. can they do that?
