Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington
lawsuit
I supported my ex boyfriend for 1 1/2 years he would not hold a job he e-mailes me saying, ''I have made plenty of mistakes with you in the past that I am not proud of, I know this.
You should of never had to support my son and I, I was a grown man who should have taken responsibility but I was immature. I would really hate to lose you in my life, even as a friend I had no idea I would miss talking with you as much as I did untill I heard your voice. If you dont reply I am going to assume you don't want to talk anymore but I'm hoping you will find it in your heart to forgive me.The fact is I enjoy working and supporting my son and I.
I just wish I would have realized it earlier and not have you being the one to support us,But rather me being the one to support you.I eventually want to pay you some money every month for giving so much of yourself if we are still talking.
thanx for listening
Jason''

Re: lawsuit
Take him to Small Claims Court for what? You didn't say in your email.
And that's a really lovely note that he wrote. It sounds like he really would like a second chance. Is he worth it?
