Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington
I need to know what I can do. I moved in with my aunt and uncle October of 2007 til my aunt had kicked my boyfriend off the property in January of 2008. I went with him, of course.
A week later I had called up about my things that I had left there to ask when I can pick them up. My aunt had told me that she had already had thrown it all away.
My question is what I can do to make her see that what she did was wrong?

Sue her in small claims court (no lawyers) and get a judgment against her for the value of your things. Then you can always not force her to pay if you just want to prove a point.
