Moving out

At the age of 17, if i want to move can i move out without my parents permission?

Generally, no, but a lot of people your age do. But have you thought through how you'll have enough money to pay rent and utilities and buy groceries? Will this keep you from going to college?

One thing you CAN do is file a petition for emancipation with a superior court. You can find the forms you need here: http://www.courts.wa.gov/forms/?fa=forms.contribute&formID=17

You'd file these at the court in the county in which you reside. I'm not sure whether it's superior or district court, but you can ask.
