Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington
Perjury
I have an slimeball attorney dead on a court document where he lied. I am assuming that is perjury. Since I have evidence on court documents can I sue him for violation of rights or for perjury? State court or Federal Court?

Re: Perjury
One can always sue. The question is always, can one win?
You have to ask yourself, what harm did he cause? And, if he caused harm, was the cause significant?
You can always file a bar complaint and see what the bar does with. They have a victim compensation fund.
The web address is www.wsba.org and it's free to file a complaint.
Best of luck,
Merry
