Police abuse of authority
What laws are in existance to protect citizens from harrassment by city police? How does one protect him/herself from police abuse of authority?

You file a complaint with the internal affairs division. If, however, your department does not have such a division, then you can call the FBI as they investigate civil rights and corruption claims.
