Promise to Pay

I was cornered by a debt collector who said I cannot make my payment on the first of May because I'm 44 days late on my payment. They want a payment by this friday or they said they would come and get the car.

I'm not sure I know what your question is, but I suggest that you start by carefully reading your contract.

If it's true that you haven't made a payment for 44 days, they're probably within their rights to repossess your car.
