Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

property management co./ lien on property

Hello, I am trying to answers to problem, we have had with a property management co. our home is within a community ran by a property management co., We pay monthly dues, we were late on a bi-yearly payment for these dues, we paid it in October, then found out later that there was on our property because of it's lateness. The records with management co. do not match the amount the lawyer is charging, the lawyers are considerably higher. We have not been able to resolve this, The management co has now been exchanged for another. They claim no responsibility for the matter. My question is , who is responsible, The co. that hired the management co., the management co, the lawyer? Thankyou,--name removed--Perez

Re: property management co./ lien on property

The Board of Directors or owners who hired the management company is ultimately responsible.

You may want to hire an attorney who specializes in real estate disputes, or at least pay for a one hour consultation.

Good luck,
