Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

Just a Question for A Friend
A Friend of mine and his girlfriend and a male friend of his girlfriend were hanging out and his girlfriend kept asking my friend to be with another guy for her. He was not wanting to do this act with the other male, but when her male friend started getting aroused and it suddenly started to happen my friend just froze and couldnt say anything. Now his girlfriends male friend has taken pictures of this act between him and her male friend, and has the pics on his camera phone, my friend is wanting to know if there is any legal action that can be put against his girlfriend and male friend if her male friend that took the pics posts them on the internet or publicly displays them in another form?

Yes. You should warn them that if they post the picture you will seek all legal options including criminal charges.
