Restraining Orders
I have a restraining order on someone who has threatened my life. My hearing for a permanent order is 4/25/02. Is it normal practice to bring witnesses to the hearing or not?

Re: Restraining Orders
At any hearing at which a substantive order will be entered you must be prepared to present all evidence you have bearing on the topic of the hearing, including witness testimony supporting your application for a restraining order.
