Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

senior citizen nursing home conflict

I am having a conflict with my aunt. She has placed my grandmother who has lived in texas for 40 years in a nursing home in Washington state, against her will, and against the rest of our knowledge. My grandmother is miserable there. I want to get her back to texas. My aunt wont even allow me to take her out for lunch. She has gotten power of attorney over my grandmothers finances, also by lying to her. My grandmother was fine in her home, where my mother also lives, and can take care of her. Can they keep her there legally against her will? What rights does my grandmother have? If they declare that she may have the beginnings of Alzheimers, does that affect her case?
